No. Not at all.
Astrology either makes predictions which are so vague as to be meaningless (as pointed out by
@Thalassokrator) or would miserably fail if rigorously tested.
A really simple idea of a test that should work if astrology were legitimate. Take 10 Libras randomly selected from the world and put them in one room. Take 10 Capricorns and put them in another. Have an astrologer meet both groups. Similarly do the same with other groups. Without asking questions directly about their birthdate's timing, they should be better than chance at correctly identifying which group is which. Yet they won't be able to successfully do this.
It is straightforward for how astrologers could prove their claims. Again, the claims and predictions are either meaningless or testable. Proof would bring astrology so much legitimacy and likely change the scientific view of the universe. Why wouldn't they do this?
Because they can't.
