Sinister.
Or it might just be due to copyright reasons.
Everybody agrees the site plan of the Giza Plateau matches precisely the layout of the main Stars of Orion's Belt ...

What nobody seems able to agree on is why ...
No. Not at all.

Astrology either makes predictions which are so vague as to be meaningless (as pointed out by @Thalassokrator) or would miserably fail if rigorously tested.

A really simple idea of a test that should work if astrology were legitimate. Take 10 Libras randomly selected from the world and put them in one room. Take 10 Capricorns and put them in another. Have an astrologer meet both groups. Similarly do the same with other groups. Without asking questions directly about their birthdate's timing, they should be better than chance at correctly identifying which group is which. Yet they won't be able to successfully do this.

It is straightforward for how astrologers could prove their claims. Again, the claims and predictions are either meaningless or testable. Proof would bring astrology so much legitimacy and likely change the scientific view of the universe. Why wouldn't they do this?

Because they can't.

Yes. I do believe in Zodiac signs. But I also know that astrology is not science: For the facts and the interesting, the real things, you have to look at astronomy and astrophysics.
> are star signs accurate as they say they are
Definetely no. I mean, the earth's position changes and thus star signs actually aren't the same as they once were. Besides, just because a random object was in a random position during the random time where someone randomly gave birth to you, it does not mean that your character won't be random. And don't get me started on Horoscopes - I hate these "predictions".

In the end, astrology uses vague terms to describe your character: In case something misses you shugg it off and forget about it. In case someone hits, great, you now think stars can determine everything! But the simple truth behind it all is: It simply is too vague and thus not to be considered serious. And still, there's something magical about the stars and their meanings. And hey, if you have fun with it (while not imposing damage to anyone else in the process), then do it.
I believe in a thing called love!
Just listen to the rhythm of the heart!
Theres a chance we can make it now!
Well be rockin til the sun goes down!
Star signs are real, but the wisdom of it was lost a long time ago, now you have "astrologists" writing in the newspaper...
