Let's invent then.
Queen and Rook exchange like castling should be termed as 0+0 (and 0+0+0 for opposite side).

Getting back to the first post in this thread (and my example of looking at the "problem" via a chess tournament), 0 points from game 1 and 0 points from game 2 could be added to/described as 0+0=0.
Your rating indicates that you may not be familiar with this particular tournament scenario, but I've experienced it a couple of times myself.
