is it really 0? How is that possible? Isnt it infinity, because I use infinity amounts of something from a set ?
Infinity of 0 element of a certain Set, yet it is empty?'
These things are getting stupider over the time. No. zero is zero and if you add it up indefinitely, it still remains zero.
use lichess with logic thats a loser question
Short answer: Its undefined
Long answer: It can be anything you want it to be.
Proof:
0+0+0+... = 0*inf
0*infinity is the same thing as the
limit(x->0) x(inf)
=limit(x->0) x(1/x)
=1
However, infinity can be rewritten as the limit(x->0) n/x where n is any number. Using this, we get:
limit(x->0) x(n/x) = n.
Since n can be any number, 0*inf or 0+0+0+... can be any number.
@HemaWorst look at TakeThePawnOrLose it isnt as simple as it seems.
@TakeThePawnOrLose ty
0 + 0 = my level in interest in these things
@MrPushwood a lot of lichess off topics seem to be related to these math topics, maybe people find that funny or interesting?
