At what age did you start with playing chess ?

I was six, my mom gifted my first chessboard on my birthday and she taught me the rules.

11, now 12. for some reason my captcha was hard.

Around 50. I then bought Chessmaster 10th. Later joined chess.com.

I played a few months on chess.com. After a while, I couldn't improve, so I bought How to reasses your chess in hope to improve, but it didn't happened. So I quit to do something else (PS3).

I retired last year and decided to come back as a pastime.

Now there is a lot of stuff on YouTube and on the internet. So, I try to catch the things that will help me to improve.

Unfortunately, there is no chess club around here and I have no one to play OTB; what I would really like.

I have certainly improved my knowledge and my gaming, but not my ELO; I'm working on that.

Started at 4 years old I was almost 5 (2016-2017) Learnt rules at 6
First OTB tournament was in April 2023

but got good 2 years ago when i was 7
