About the notion of deserving [thought experiment]

@KingRod the only reason I mentioned he never worked a single day in his life is that he doesn't even deserve anything from being hard-working, since he's not working at all.

I also mentioned he never did anything illegal.

You can think of him as an obnoxious sadist that seizes every possible opportunity of exerting power and humiliation on others, while making sure he stays within the boundaries of the law.

But if he can change, then I would remove his happiness since his present happiness originates from hate. And if he could change, then he would find happiness elsewhere since his previous happiness stemming from hate is no longer.

WTF? What is wrong with hating anyway? For example, you might hate being late for work with a real passion. Or you might simply hate war. It is just part of the human condition.
Deserving schmeseserving.
Bottomless pit.
How would anyone ever truly know what the hell that means?
You're just fiddling a song in D (eserving).
Reason's nowhere to be found.

I never said anything about hating in general. Just about hating as pertaining to homosexuals, women, people, other races. Or is that a part of the human condition as well? And is there nothing wrong with either of this things listed? Also, I bring it up because the OP claims that X is as happy as can be, but I claim this is not true if one possesses hate constantly.

Let me just ask these as well. Is he racist because he hates or is angry with other races? Is he misogynistic because he hates or is angry with women? Is he homophobic because he hates or is angry with homosexuals? Does staying within the law cause anger or hate within him? Does he play sports or have friends? Does he go outside?

You mean these ones?
>For to every one who has will more be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who has not, even what he has will be taken away. — Matthew 25:29, RSV. I tell you, that to every one who has will more be given; but from him who has not, even what he has will be taken away. — Luke 19:26, RSV.

It's not really important. My point was to depict a character that is as obnoxious as possible.

Fair point. Basically humanity played a terrible opening, found some minimal counter play in a lost middle game and had real chances to possibly win the ending. Unfortunately, they might not be able to convert any advantage because time is running out on the clock.

But this is important since we are talking about his character, which you intend to depict. Okay then, is he not these things, but instead is as obnoxious as possible? Whereas before, his character would rejoice in demeaning people of other races, women, gays, and anybody he could humiliate; now he rejoices in being obnoxious. Obnoxious how?

Everything about this is vague. Being racist, and spewing bigotry is way different then just being obnoxious as possible. There is an entire spectrum of meaning in what you say. I say all of this is difficult because you are unclear in your meanings and not because the topic is in itself difficult.
@KingRod my point as I have said multiple times now is to make a thought experiment about the notion of deserving. If you don't agree withmy premises, you are under no obligation to do the thought experiment.
