Opponent won on my time out despite not having enough material to mate

Opponent only has a knight left, but it wasn’t ruled as a draw when I timed out. This is incorrect, right?

You'd need to underpromote your pawn and then get your king smothered in a corner by your promoted piece, but you can indeed be mated.
