How good am i for my age?

im 1320 polish rating but polish ratings are way lower. so ELO about 1600
I think how good you are at chess has really nothing to do with age. Young people have the advantage that they learn fast and do not have to carry the baggage that comes with a lot of experience.
You have to be prepared mentally, physically, emotionally, and psychologically. Sure, you can study for hours on end, but playing when you have energy vs playing when you are tired can impact your game and the ability to calculate and see what's going on on the board. Although young people pick up the game much faster, they still need to train to gain experience and maturity. When you start young, the tendency is to play very fast even if they are playing long time controls (Game 90 minutes or Game 60 minutes for example). I bet many of us when we were young played fast without much thought behind the move.
You're average if you've just started playing 1-2 years ago!

I'm 12-13, and I'm about a 2200 USCF :-) however, I think that's just because I have more xp. I'd say you're fine though!
