Guys help me simplify my opening repertoire 2000+ players please

I am looking to cut off my opening for black .....i have decided to play the Queen's gambit accepted for black and for white the Catalan against slav and against Indian defences i play the trompowsky....help me simplify it
Just my immediate thoughts here ... it seems you like to open with 1.d4, which is great. In order to meet your 'simplifcation' requirement, I recommend going for strategically clear lines (the Trompowsky does not seem to mesh with that idea). If it suits your style, then specialize in Exchange variations: cxd5 versus the Queen's Gambits, including the Slav. Against 1...Nf6 & 2...e6 go for a Queen's Indian, and against 1...Nf6 & 2...g6 (or 2...c5) go with the fianchetto lines. Some of these openings will lead to symmetrical pawn structures, but it will give you a clear direction based on exploiting a small development advantage. It also allows you to gain a reasonable measure of control over the complexities the King's Indian Defense, Grunfeld, and Modern Benoni. This may add a lot more lines than you'd care to learn, but you will learn a lot about a variety of important structures in the opening & middlegame.

An alternative idea is to open with the Nimzovich Attack, 1.Nf3 & 2.b3. Most lines lead to book 'equality,' but this is not a drawish opening in my opinion, and gives you some clear strategic paths where you should be able to work out the the tactics without undue trouble.

At any rate, I hope this is some useful food for thought!
QGA is risky, as White can develop around the center faster. No no, you must choose something where you have _fun_ , like some sort of gambit like the Benko or even the Pterodactyl defense, which many players don't know this much.
