What happened to the chat option(s)?

On my page, Item One. there is no longer a chat option after a game begins. ITEM Two, I still would like the game opening greeting BUT ONLY WITH options for "Hi", "Good game" and, "Thank you". All other choices invite venom. Item Three, what in real world reality would the MODS NEED to complete and report on REPORTED CHEATING? I report mine and others games that I deem suspicious. Who has objections to PROTECTING THE COMMUNITY? What do the MODS need to let us know (1) they actually received the notice and (2) their final decision in the form of "report not substantiated" or as usual "thanks for the report, player banned".

Item One. ??? just use your hands to type on something called a keyboard. ITEM Two, I agree, I too find "Have fun!" VERY venomous. Item Three, that's exactly the point. It's what YOU deem as suspicious. Mods have their ways and tech to detect cheaters. Feel free to leave if you don't like how they're handling things. (1) your reports are always received and (2) if they notify you, you can safely assume that the person wasn't cheating. You receive a notification if your report was successful. With lichess's activity booming during the pandemic, and the need to have beyond a reasonable doubt when marking cheaters, not all sneaky cheaters get caught.
