Why do some players cancel a random paired game to immedeately start another random paired game....?

Because they don't like the opening or the rating of the player they are facing.

Yeah i was doing this some times ago and it was because of the color.

I cancel games vs accounts with < 100 games. Reduces the chances to run into a cheater by a lot - I haven't faced any for a long time.
