960 castling -- A REAL, PERMANENT ANSWER??

Hey lichess gods, PLEASE help: 960-game-pos: 444 http://en.lichess.org/YTsgMSu12gAX ... I was unable to castle king side (and didn't want to castle queen side).

___ *I* don't want directions unless you have reproduced the condition above and verified that once again it's supposed to be my fault... I don't want directions at all...

___ PERMANENT ACTION: How about an 'icon' on all 960 games with the castling conditions & instructions (I don't have a clue anymore)? AND, how about an auto-report button for those who have problems with a given board start position? This problem has impacted at least 8 of the 34 games I have played...
I don't understand the problem.Castling in 960 is very similar to standard:

1. You must drag your king on top of the rook you want to castle with.

2. No pieces may be in between, and you can't have moved the king or rook that you want to castle with.

3. The king and rook will go to the same position they would go to if it was a regular game (if white, kingside castling would place the king on g1 with the rook on f1, and queenside castling would place the king on c1 and the rook on d1)
My good friend "D_god" I don't understand it either --- perhaps Monty Pythons crew could supply 'an eye of newt' because those were the conditions and that is what I tried... Is there a special click sequence and incantation required????????????
I can understand Isa. (How to castle is not so difficult to understand) But: what the Outcome will be ( when in960 ) is sometime hard to see , specially when you are pressed by time. My help in this: I have, on a postit (just very small) on the bottom of my monitor the two positions after castling for white and the two for black. They are independet of the 960 starting position, as said before, and therfore always applicable (just very small) - I find that quite useful. (Unfortunately it caused some deliberations with my wife, when she saw that first, suspecting hidden hideous things)
THANKS TO ALL for being helpful w/o mocking!...

___ I can only respond with paranoia!! I have reached the age where I can live with looking like 'the village idiot' -- humility is a beautiful thing (I will make a fool of myself throughout my life). I have also played chess (in spurts) for 40+ years. And I am PERPLEXED!!
___ I think I have run into bugs (seems impossible!); I tracked ONE time when I forgot I had moved my rook; but somehow my large mitts seem to be aflicted with some clicking disease. DON'T KNOW
_____I still stick to my guns on a help icon (w/ report feature?) -- the software equivalent of steger's "post-it" note...
okay gang here it is: http://en.lichess.org/yO3GgdgHPHLG

in this -- my current live game against droogans -- i went into the analysis board and made dummy moves so that my ENTIRE BACK RANK was clear with the king and rooks unmoved........ I can't castle queen side !!!! I am NOT proud -- someone explain how I can please
Because your queen on d1 blocks the square the rook has to be placed to. If black now make a move white can castle queen- and king-side
the result of a castling is always the result of the castleing like it would be in regular chess. Means for white after the castling to queenside the rook is on d1 and the king on c1, it doesnt matter where they stood before, but after it the target squares are always Rd1, Kc1. Same for kingside, the target squares are always Rf1, Kg1.
