What happened to the chat option(s)?

i posted this question yesterday and today there are no replies and the original post appears to have not appeared. The post was honest and real... I know honest and real can stop almost anyone from responding. Can you ask for lichess to respond to my original post so you can see what happened please?

It could be that this is retribution for some reason but I cannot fathom that far since I've been here for a long, long time WITHOUT FLAMING OR OVERTLY CRITICIZING ANYONE. How about a response please to this and previous post?
