Who will take care (be in charge) of Lichess after Thibault (Lichess founder) dies?

Who will be in charge of hosting tournaments, providing prize funds, updating new things, keeping all the Lichess patron money, etc? How can the community survive without the owner?
Ask Thibault. A modo will see this post and warn Thibault so that he will answer, trust me.

As far as I know, Thibault is not the owner.
He founded Lichess (as a website and a non-profit organisation) and still is the main developper, but I'm pretty sure he does not own Lichess.

Lichess (website) is very probably owned by Lichess (organisation).

Therefore, when Thibault will die, Lichess (organisation) will appoint a new president (if Thibault occupy this place), hire a new developper and life will go on.

I am quite sure you are wrong.
lichess.org/about implies that Thibault is the current owner of Lichess and a volunteer staff works with him.

Could you please quote the passage implying that ? All I can read is that Thibault founded Lichess and is the main developper.

Since donations don't go to Thibault, I think it would make no sense if the website wasn't owned by Lichess.

lichess.org/terms-of-service
> we are an official French charitable organisation which notably publishes the website Lichess.org.

lichess.org/privacy
> LICHESS notably publishes the website lichess.org/ which promotes the teaching and practice of chess without advertising. Use of the site is also completely free.

"Gradually, the site improved and collected users as an enthusiastic volunteer staff assembled to help Thibault build and maintain the site."
I interpret that sentence as Thibault being the current owner of Lichess since it is implied that the volunteer staff are working to help Thibault.
Stating that Lichess is run by an organization is simply repetitive since it just begs the question of who is the owner of that organization.

Honestly, if this argument just comes down to interpretation of different words across the website, then only a member of Lichess staff can clarify this question.
