How to improve Blitz panicking

I always panic during fast time controls.

As you can see, I'm getting pretty good at Classical (1800), meanwhile I'm terrible at bullet (1100).

Blitz is right in the middle (1500).

I want to win my school chess tournament, but they changed the tourney time controls to Blitz 5 min no inc! What is the best way to get better in a small time frame (about 2 weeks)?
Play faster! Ideally, you should be able to play the first 10 moves in 30 seconds. That leaves 270 seconds for the rest of the game. Assuming an average game is 40 moves, that's 30 moves in 270 seconds (or about 9 seconds a move). Since you want to have some time left over, you should aim for about 5-6 seconds a move, trying to avoid using more than 20-25 seconds for any individual move. I noticed in your games you used 20+ seconds for a move somewhat regularly, even in positions that weren't particularly complex. You're strong enough where your skill isn't the issue, it's your time usage. Good luck!
yeah play faster and just believe your average move quality is going to be higher than the opponent's. specially in "calmer" positions where there are multiple good moves you gotta trust your intuition :p
If you know openings real well it will be on memory or memory/intuition for the first 10 moves. Then you can spend little time in the opening for more time later to think. Like said above.
Also if you play more bullet it will help your blitz to some extent. Mostly in what I figure is reaction time. Playing classical should help your blitz and vice versa. So will tactical puzzles.
So is it better to rely more on intuition more than thinking in faster time controls?

Whenever I play Classical I do use my instinct but I always double check and consider different responses... should I not do that for blitz then?
No not often. I only "calculate" if I have to or if I see a tactic. Rely on intuition more for bullet and blitz and calculation/intuition for longer controls. If something does not look right thats when you calculate but you have to move quick in bullet so calculation has to be done on opponents move or already done before your move.
yah, something like that.
mostly, if you "know" that a certain move "looks right", just play it and think about the responses when they happen. there's not much to say because well, it's hard to explain these things
